What Causes Pain In Upper Chest Area And Breast?

Doctor I have had a pain in the upper chest in between my brest, it feels like trapped gas i tried burping but though i can it is persistent if i take a nap it sometimes goes away but returns shortly after this occurred only last evening after supper and was and is with me through today. I have diabetes since 1991 and rheumatoid arthritis too.
