What Causes Pain In Vagina And Abdominal Cramps After An Intercourse?

I am 49 yrs old female and I have not had sex since my divorce a year ago. I had intercouse last nite with a man whos penis was quite long and it hurt as if he was hitting something inside. I was sick to my somache shortly after and have continued that feeling all day today. I also have cramping and a back ache. I had a hysterectomy 15 years ago. Should I be concerned?
