What Causes Pain In Vagina With Bad Odor?

My vagian hurts when i pee and almost all the time and its smells so bad . When i pee i can smell it . It smells so bad when im sittind down sometimes i can smell it and when i have sex . please help me it hurt and i dont think this is good And im 2 mouth pregnant i dont want anything to happen to my baby aand i dont have a doctor to call .
