What Causes Pain In Waist, Collar Bone And Groin?

Several years of a cough and skin pain on my upper back. Allergy type medicine, lotions, sensitive skin detergents and soap ...No Help. The pain is spreading to areas where my clothing is tight: waist, between my legs, collar when I wear a tie. Not severe, but irritating and seems to be getting worse. Some loss of energy. Help!
