What Causes Pain Inside Vagina While Urinating?

Hi, im a 16 yr old female virgin, and for the past few days the lower inside part of my vagina hurts...at first it was just painfully uncomfortable and made me feel heavy but its gotten worse and it burns to urinate. What can this be? The only thing i can think of is that sometimes I spray perfume on my underwear before i put it on (which yes i know is a little gross and stupid but there you go) can that be irritating it?
