What Causes Pain Moving From Ankle Towards Hip After Rigorous Workout?
I have just finished my second week of insanity it's a high level intense work out to loose my baby weight. I started having pain in both my ankles around the third or fourth day of my work out I work out six days a week I feel like I have damaged them to where I have had to stop working out which is a no no for me it a stress relieve what can I do the pain is now moving up my leg to my knee and hip.
