What Causes Pain Near Groin?

hi i am a 42 year old man in good physical condition. About a week or so ago, i started having slight pain on both sides of my groin (almost in the veins on both sides where my legs stop and abdomine starts). Could this be inguinal hernia or could this be epididitmist? I am overseas now and will return to the states in 6 weeks so i have to wait until then to see my doctor.
