What Causes Pain Near Lower Right Rib?

26 yrs old,5'11",176lbs. Over the last three years I have had pains similar to that of gallbladder issues. Pain near my lower right rib, that doesnt seem to be affected by what I eat. It can occur on both an empty stomach or with a wide variety of foods ingested. I can feel a tingling sensation creep up a few seconds beforehand and the pain usually lasts 30 seconds to 1 minute. I experience a numbness on my right side mostly affecting my right leg sometimes causing me to have to lean on something to support myself. I have had a urine analysis, blood analysis, and an ultrasound with no results. It is progressively getting worse over the years and has become almost unbearable at times, please help with any ideas.
