What Causes Pain On Back And Abdomen Post Recovery From Shingles?

Getting over Shingles which began almost 2 months ago...suffered with lots of pain on my behind my right hip towards the front and down my right leg. All rash has gone but still experience some pain on my back around where the shingles rash started. Now I m experiencing lots of pain on my abdominal area near my pelvic area. I don t have appendix, gallbladder - also had hysterectomy years ago. Just recently MRI shows I have cysts on my pancreas near the tail of the pancreas. My gastro doctor keeping an eye on my lymp nodes and wants me to have another MRI in six months to see if any change.
