What Causes Pain On Labia And Thighs After Normal Delivery While Lifting Weights?

I had a baby boy 10 months ago.It was a normal delivery, this is my second child.The baby weighed 8pounds and 6 ounces. After delivery I have pain on upper labia and the pain radiates to my bottom, inner thighs and also radiates to the back of the thighs. This pain occurs when I carry the baby, or lift heavy weights or do some house work. On lazy days I feel just fine. What is going on with me?
