What Causes Pain On Left Side Of Head After Doing Heavy Pressing Movements?

I was doing a heavy pressing movement and suddenly felt pain on the left side of my head slightly superior and anterior to my ear. It has been 24 hours and i still feel slight pain anytime i strain to lift something. It also hurts randomly. On and off through the day. What could this be
