What Causes Pain On One Side After A Laparoscopic Surgery?

I have been dealing with side pain after my gallbladder surgery 5 yrs ago! My doctor has done tests and can t find anything. Had laposcoptic surgery about a month ago. Nothing showed up then. I have even had allergy test done and nothing there. Also did the endoscopy and colonoscopy both nothing. Any idea???
