What Causes Pain On Penis Tip During Erection?

Dear Doc,
I am suffering from pain on the tip of my penis during erection. Also feel the penis is numb for most of the day. Slight sensation of burning during urination. Also loss of control over ejaculation. The urine test came clean. Please recommend medication or further tests.
