What Causes Pain On Right Side Just Below Rib Cage?

Since Christmas eve i have had a few issues. Started with pain on my right side just below my rib cage but large area. Some morning sweats the other night i had pain in my chest right below my left collar bone then again in the morning. Not sure whats going on.
