What Causes Pain On Right Side Of Abdomen Radiating To Mid Back?

hi , I am raj, I have been having pain in my right side of abdomen since 2 years, the pain becomes deadly sometimes as I feel it from the middle stomach line (just below the skin like how people feel if they pick heavy weight) which goes to the spine from middle to my back in the right hand side of my stomach. Last time I visited a doctor in Bombay hospital he gave me Normaxin IT which is for Acidity and Ulcer in Abdomen and he advised me to continue till four month but still I feel uneasy and feel there is any blockage on the right side, sometime it give a pinching kind of sensation. Sonography suggested there is no stone, I do not have anyproblem in digestion, I feel hungry and eat well sometimes I do have gastric problem but I have to mention that now I only feel I have stomach in my body. This makes me uncomfortable everytime and i can not do my daily task and routine cos of this problem. Please help I would be greatful throughout my life. YYYY@YYYY
