What Causes Pain On The Left Side From Arm To Abdomen?

Hi doctor I have continuous pain in left side from arm to belly. Only one side some times right side too. Doctor says its muscle pain but not got relaxed after otho consultation and heart check ups also passed. Not relaxing from the pain and Gastrology doctor ask me to use kinpride near chest burns like any thing. Wheather it is useful or not
