What Causes Pain On The Left Side Occipital Ridge Area Of Head?
Hello, I m 28. I have noticed a pain on the left side occipital ridge area of my head. It feels extremely sensitive and I cannot touch or press down on the bone. I carry most of my stress in my neck and back which causes stiffness and tightness- could this be tied into each other? Any idea what this could be?
