What Causes Pain On The Left Underneath Side Of Penis?

I have pain on the left underneath side of my penis. It started a couple days ago just above it. I thought I bumped a lymph node but the pain has since travelled to about to about the middle of my penis on that side. There is now a clear swollen path from the base to the middle. I don't know who to see or where to go for this... any advice?
