What Causes Pain On The Sides Of Abdomen And Bloating Of Stomach?

Hi, my complaint is, few days ago I started to have pain on my left side towards my back, taken ibuprofen n rest, but no relief. Four days later the pain is worse n hurts to move. I haven t done any lifting or injured myself so I don t know what happened. I ve noticed my feet get a lil swollen on n off as well as my hands do also. I thought maybe kidney infection but doesn t burn or hurt to urinate. I ve also noticed my belly is a lil bigger then normal, n is a lil tender on the left side as well...can u help me understand this??
