What Causes Pain On The Top Of The Throat?

Hi- I had bronchitis and pharyngitis last week and was given an antibiotic and it went away for about 2 days. I ve had lots of post-nasal drip though and now I am having alot of pain on the top of my throat... maybe more where my larynx is? Like it doesnt hurt as much to swallow but there is a lot of pain there. could it be laryngitis? Im not really sure what to do to help make this go away.
