What Causes Pain, Pressure And Swelling In Lower Abdomen?

I have painful numbness pressure throughout lower abdomen down to the feet, loss of balance, stinging in the lower back, cannot feel my anus area and gonads, feels like I m carrying a large ball on right side of abdomen including swelling front right side of abdomen and feet now bilateraly numb and swollen!!! These symptoms have been going on for approximately one week with intermittently worsening symptoms.
