What Causes Pain Radiating From Back To Breast?

I m haviNow extremely sharp Cutting pain that runs from around my back to the front just under left breast. Last week I was coughing and had to sneeze at the same time. Pain is almost unbearable. Had gotten better when the other night I had throw up!!!!!!! Pain is now worse than ever!!
