What Causes Pain Radiating From Hip To Leg?

I have sever hip and and i guess pelvic pain for over 10 years and now its getting worse its the bones right at the hip and down along the start of the leg. I had Xray and mri and nothing. Can you help me what to do. I have been seeing a Dr but still in pain
