What Causes Pain Radiating From Testicles To Kidney Area?

Hi. Im 29 years old and ive been having sharp pains from my left testicle to my kidney. It comes and goes but is becoming more frequent. After examining my left testicle I ve found it is firmer then the left. It also hurt more when my bladder is full. Thanks for you time Nick
