What Causes Pain Right Side Of The Abdomen Post Child Birth?

I am Lalitha.I had my first delivery on sep 8 2012 and I delivered twins(one boy baby and one girl baby).Again I became pregnant and gave birth to girl baby on june 19th 2014.presently i have severe pain in my lower abdomen especially on the right side.After my second delivery I have done with family planning. what could be reason for the pain.
