What Causes Pain Shooting Down Right Leg While Treating Hip Injury?

i had an laminectomy l4 l5 in may 2012 could not believe the miracle. in august 2012 fell hard on my hip, did not see anyone till 8/2013. got a shot in hip, then inform my Dr. it did not work and something else is wrong. Then had 2nd surgery to replace hardware and to remove scare tissue. That seem to create a whole new ballgame, pain shooting down my right leg to the ankle, surgeon said there is nothing more he could do, there was just to much scare tissue stemming from L3-L5 and some diget in my tail!! Tried all different pills, work for a 2- 3 day period an then back to square one .what can I do????
