What Causes Pain, Swelling And Redness In Foot?

Hi, please can you advise? I have had pain, swelling and redness in my foot for 3 + weeks now and have been prescribed Flucloxacillin, Clarithromycin, Naproxen and Diclofenic to no avail. I am awaiting blood results tomorrow and the last blood result was clear for gout. I am a usually heathy and active 50+ female....am so miserable at the moment though! Can I take both painkillers at the same time as I am in so much pain right now?
