What Causes Pain, Swelling In My Testicle, Difficulty Urinating, And Blood After Masturbation?

So im having difficulty urinating, my lower stomach is sore, also my testicles r also, and the right one is swole, finally I masterbated and blood came out. Its really painful and I haven t went to the hospital because im scared of what they might have to do. Please help
