What Causes Pain Throughout The Body And Breathlessness?

Hi im a 34 year old woman that is being having odd pains thru out my body and I m I m getting concern but i don t want to go to the hospital for nothing. can you please help me? its been about a week that I m having short of breath i been feeling tired and now I m having a really strong pain in my shoulder up to my back neck and I m feeling like my arm is getting numb. is that something that I should worry about?
