What Causes Pain, Tingling And Numbness In Arm And Throbbing In Biceps?

I experienced some trauma in my upper back/ right shoulder over a month ago & I still haven't seen a dr. since then ive had pain, tingling& numbness down right arm & thumb. Today it feels like a migrane in my bicep & its throbbing. Help! Should I ignore it or should I go to hospital?
