What Causes Pain Towards Left Side After Having Laparoscopic Hysterectomy?

I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy removing left ovary both tubes and uterus on Monday. Today is Thursday and I am having a lot of pain on the left side. Not where my incision is but it feels like maybe where my ovary was. It s been like this ever since surgery I just figured it would get better but really it s just getting worse. I use that little machine that you have to suck to fill your lungs to prevent pneumonia and of course it makes me cough a little when I do it and when I do in the same spot on the left side it is such sharp pain it brings me to tears. As long as I m completely still it s ok but even when I walk the pain is there. And like I said it s been that way ever since I woke up from surgery. Please help
