What Causes Pain Under Clavicles And Tightness In Shoulders?

Hello, I hade a robotic hyst, rectocele repair, and bladder sling 2 weeks ago today. Starting yesterday I am having pain under the clavicles and a slight tight feeling in my shoulders. It is more prominent on the left side, but is on the right side as well. I have been careful with lifting and activity and cannot think of anything I have done. I have been started on an estrogen patch and premarin cream and am only taking 1 narco at bedtime. I don t think it is anything but just want to be sure.
