What Causes Pain Under Rib Cage, Painful Bowel Movements And Dizziness?

Hi, I being having a huge pain under my right rib cage to my lower back and painful vowel movements for the past week. I don t think is diarrhea, is just a extreme pain from inside out and urgency at bathroom time. I feel very dizzy all the time, like i m going to fall to the ground, and sometimes nausea.
