What Causes Pain Under Rib Cage While Having Elevated Liver Enzymes?

Having constant pain under rib cage (internal under breast). Liver enzymes double what the should be. Am nauseas and feel exhausted all the time. Ultrasound and MRi of abdomen normal. Continue to have sudden pain under ribs....at times hurts to breathe in. Frustrated and worried! Also have terrible bloating all the time but have decently normal BMs daily. This has been going on for a year...help!
