What Causes Pain Under Rib Cage With History Of Colonoscopy?

I have occasional pain just under my rib cage on the right side of my stomach or by my diaphram. the doctor thought it was my gall bladder so it was taken out. I still have the pain occasionally. 4 years ago I had a colonoscopy and I choose to be awake without sidation. The doctor had trouble getting around a corner so the nurse while I was on my left side pulled up on my stomach so hard to the side that it took my breath away my diaphragm hurs for at least 3 weeks after that.
