What Causes Pain Under Ribs And Vaginal Bleeding?

ok I have had mirena for over two years, I have not had a period since before then. Over the summer I started lactating but not much. I have had mild nausea since I got it, that has increased over the last month and to function I have taken nausea medicine. Here lately my stomach hurts, its crampy and comes and goes in intensity for months. And now I have pain under my ribs on the right side that is unbearable, and now I have vaginal bleeding....... What s wrong with me?
