What Causes Pain Under The Breast Radiating To Armpit?

Hi I just sundendly suffer from pain from under the right breast and going under the armpit!!! I was swinging my iron at the driving range and all of the sudden I couldn't swing anymore because it hurt way too much!!! If I laugh or take deep breath it will hurt! If I do any movement with me arm I feel discomfort
Around that area! I feel the pain under my breast more closely to my arm pit ! What is your opinion on that?
