What Causes Pain Under The Left Breast With History Of Spleen Removal?

Hi I was wondering about something that I have been experincing for a while now. Im 28 years old I got my spleen out about 4 years ago and Im haveing like this pain under my left breast it feels like something is moving with the pain and once it pops it doesnt hurt anymore. Now its happening more and the pain seems to last longer. Im about 5'4 and weigh 165. I have had lots of surgerys and I have three childern. Just wondering if something serious is going on since it is right were my spleen was. Im a little worried please help. I dont want to go to my doctor but if I have to then I will. PLEASE help thanks
