What Causes Pain Under The Ribcage Along With Urinary Incontinence?

Hi! My husband had prostrate cancer 2 years ago and had it removed. For the first year, tings were ok, but in the past 6 months he has been hurting on his left side right below his rib cage. Also,k in the past two weeks he has started to have incontinence issues again and just last night he noticed he had leaked some and it was a light red color.
