What Causes Pain Under The Stomach?

hi, im feeling symptoms under my stomach.. i used to have hammeroids but this time im sure it's not related to the same matter.. i simply cannot move when pain inflicts.. it's not the first time that i felt these aches under my stomach but they last 5 seconds, yesterday was worse than this morning and i couldn't even sit in my car, can you please help?
