What Causes Pain While Breathing?

I exercise 3 to 4 times per wk and have sex 3 to 4 times per wk. During routine chest xray for chest congestion and paine while breathing the xray indicated an enlarged left ventricle. I am setting up appt with cardiologist but in the mean time, what is advised for sex and exercise? I'm missing both. Terribly.
