What Causes Pain While Opening Jaw After Hitting Head?

Around 12 in the afternoon I was forcefully pushed and banged my head in the process. There was never any bump but it really hurts a lot, especially when I touch the area. It also hurts when I open my jaw. I have been feeling very tired ever since and my body is stiff and achey. I wanted to know if it may be a blood clot or a concussion. Also, should I go to the emergency room and get it checked? Thank you.
