What Causes Pain While Taking A Deep Breath After Gall Bladder Removal Surgery?

Hello I just had surgery last Tuesday. My gall bladder was removed by laproscopic procedure, now I am experiencing pain when I breath in deep, in the area in which I received four incisions. Should I be concerned?
