What Causes Pain While Urinating Along With Back Pain?

Hi, I have observed a white discharge while urinating with strong odor. A few weeks ago I experienced pain while urinating and felt like urinating several times. There was thick white discharge during this time but it did not reoccur until yesterday. I also been experiencing back ache over the last 2 days.

Could you please let me know if it could be a urinary infection or std and where I could get it tested in Bangalore?
