What Causes Pain While Walking Even After Hernia Operation?

my husband had a hiranya operation 1 1/2 years ago on both sides ,his age is 34.but still he had pain while walk and carring any weight things. we went doctors for cheekup they side no problem and every thing is ok.it may be due any nerus problem.i like know about his health condition.
