What Causes Pain With Hard Large Vein On Penis?

Trying to find out whats wrong with my penis, after having intercouse with my partner woke up the next day with pain at the base of my penis and the large vein on the top side is abnormally hard and painful to touch, been like this for nearly a week far to painful to even think about intercourse at this stage although not as bad as it was in the beggining.
