What Causes Painful Abdominal Bloating With Brown Vaginal Discharge?
Two days ago I suffered from sudden onset, severe abdominal pain in my lower abdomen. The area is now bloated painful more on the left-hand side & there is also a thick, brown vaginal discharge. The pain is almost unbearable. I have had the Merena coil fitted for almost 4 years. What could be causing this?
