What Causes Painful And Itchy Rash Only During Nights?

I have a rash that almost goes away during the day but comes back at night. I went to an urgent care clinic 2 days ago and they told me I was having an allergic reaction, gave me epi, decadron, and benadryl. Every night it comes back and is painful and itching like crazy. Help!!
