What Causes Painful And Swollen Armpit?

Hello. I have pressure pain feeling in my left armpit. Not severe pain more like a sore pain. When i push on the area a pain goes up my neck. I dont feel any lumps but it does feel a tad bit swollen compared to my other arm pit. Fingers are a little tingly. Done a little heavy lifting today but not much. Dont have any history of thyroid problems.
