What Causes Painful And Swollen Foot While Having Guttate Psoriasis?

Hello, I have one very swollen and slightly red toe that is painful. The pain and swelling continues into my foot. i am currently in the middle of my first guttate psoriasis flare. The muscles in my shoulders, back, hips, and legs are quite painful as well. Worse in the mornings and evenings. I can barely get up a lot of the time. I am 36 years old.
